Post-Lockdown Anxiety - It's A Thing!

Here in the UK at least, it looks like the end *may* be in sight. It's great news, but it means yet another adjustment. And while the public narrative is one of excitement, lots of us are actually feeling quite apprehensive. If this is you, know that you're not alone, and that there are very good reasons you are feeling the way you are. Everything from Arctic exploration research to the phenomenon of reverse culture shock helps us understand why this is so - and how we can support ourselves as we adapt.

Getting into the habit of learning your indicators and keeping an eye on yourself is one of the best ways to ensure you'll spot issues before they take over your life - and the earlier things like anxiety are picked up, the easier it is to do something about them. Here are some resources to help you understand your stress, check in with yourself and get extra help if you need it.
