Post Lockdown Anxiety - It's A Thing!

Here in the UK at least, it looks like the end *may* be in sight. It's great news, but it means yet another adjustment. And while the public narrative is one of excitement, lots of us are actually feeling quite apprehensive. Everything from Arctic exploration research to the phenomenon of reverse culture shock helps us understand why this is so - and how we can support ourselves as we adapt.

Want to know more? Here's a podcast I recorded with my wonderful co-instructor Nicky at Point3. It was a great chat - we hope you enjoy it. Listen or Download here :).
